Introduction

This module will contain definitions of cultural drivers. In a nutshell it will develop an understanding of how culture affects leadership, develop an increased awareness of the relationship between culture and leadership, improve the capacity to be a good leader but at the same time understand the impact of culture on human behaviour in their organizations and finally develop an understanding of the meaning of multidimensional leadership - both local and global.

At the end of Module 1, participants will: 

• Know the definition of cultural drivers in the global business environment.

• Be able to understand how culture affects leadership.

• Be able to increase awareness of the relationship between culture and leadership in a global context.

• Be able to improve the capacity to be a good intercultural leader in the context of cultural impacts on human behaviour. 

• Know the meaning of multidimensional leadership in both local and global level.
